Abstract

The technology methods of synthesis of 1,3-oxasine-4,6-diones and its derivatives, among which the substances, possessing the antitumor and fungicide activity, have been detected, are developed. The complex study of structure and properties of the oxasinones has shown the possibility of its use as the perspective syntones for the creation of the new derivatives of asines, azoles and malonamoic acids. The new scientific direction - chemistry 1,3-oxasine-4,6-diones and its derivatives has been formulated. The new groups of the low-toxic substances, possessing the expressed hypotensive action - 11-aroil-malonamoic acids, its alkyl ethers and 6-acylamino-4-hydroxy-2-pyranons, have been opened.Available from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
