Abstract

The work covers the man and also the populations of inhabitated points of the Bryansk, Gomel and Mogilyev regions related to the accident zone in the Chernobil NPS. The aim is to evaluate the changes in frequencies of the unfavourable pregnancy terminations and anthropometric indices of the new-born children by a hygienic way depending on dose load obtained a population. The comparison of frequencies in the unfavourable pregnancy terminations and anthropometric indices of the new-born children with radiation-hygienic situation and irradiation doses of the population has been performed firstly. The data should be used at planning and performance of the prophylactic measures on the territories related to the accident zone in the Chernobil NPS. The work results permit to optimize the complex of protective-prophylactic measures.
