THE METHODS OF THE PARAMETRIC DIAGNOSING AND AFTER-REPAIR FINISHING OF THE AVIATION GAS-TURBINE ENGINES WITH APPLICATION OF THE MATHEMATICAL MODELING

Abstract

The object of investigation: the air-reactive engine (on the base of the D3KU/KP engine family). The purpose of the work: the prolongation of the aviation engine service life and optimization of its repair. Developed have been the methods of the repair GTE finishing; the methods of the parametric diagnosing of the GTE by the change of its characteristics on the steady and transient operating ratings; the GTE diagnostic models, ensuring the measurement error effects smoothing. The materials have been realized in the automated test stand of plant, improving the accuracy and reliability of information. Using the obtained results has allowed to reduce the number of returns for the reassembly due to the non-correspondence to the Specifications by 2-3 times. The results of the work have been introduced in the enterprises of the CA and aviation industry as the enterprise and between-enterprises methods and materials of the sortware and mathematical support. The efficiency of introduction: reducing the number of returns of the post-repair engines for reassembly due to the non-correspondence to Specifications by 2-3 times. The field of application: finishing of the post-repair engines, the GTE parametric diagnosing under the aerodrome conditionsAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
