THE PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTIVITY OF DERIVATIVES ( plus or minus -CAMPHORIC AND SUCCINIC ACIDS)

Abstract

The object of investigation: the derivatives alpha, beta-amides and N-imides ( plus or minus )-camphoric and replaced beta-phenylethylamides of the succinic acids, the laboratory animals (rats, the populations of Vistar, mice, rabbits chichilla). The work is aimed at studying the hypoglycemic, analgetic neurothropic and iuretic activity in the chemical series to be studied, at establishing some laws of dependence of its pharmacological activity on the chemical structure and at studying the antidiabetic properties and chronic toxicity of the most perspective compound. For the first time performed has been the logico-structural evaluation of a possible spectre of biological action of 54 derivatives ( plus or minus )-camphoric and succinic acids, experimentally studied has been the dependence of its pharmacological activity on the chemical structure. Some compounds with the expressed hypoglycemic, analgetic action have been revealed. Found has been the low-toxic and high-effective substation phensuccinal (the derivative of the succinic acid), possessing the combined antidiabetic effect. The Authorized Certificate for the invention No. 1814285 has been received as a result of the work. The results of the pharmacological study of the phensuccinal have been included in the materials of the normative-technical documentation to be prepared for presenting in thk Pharmacological Committee of Russia. The results of the investigation of the pharmacological activity and the established laws of connection "structure-action" in series to be studied have been used in the scientific work in the chairs of the UkhFA and Zaporozhsky Medical Institute. The field of application: the scientific-research enterprises, dealing with the search of the biologically active compounds and the problems of the experimental and clinic diabetologyAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
