ELECTROCHEMICAL PRECIPITATION AND PHYSICOCHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF ALLOYED ZINC COATS ON SURFACE OF COPPER ELECTROLYTIC FOLL

Abstract

There the kinetic mechanisms of electrode processes in the galvanizing electrolytes with additions of alloying elements have been ascertained; the chemical and phase composition of zinc coats on copper have been studied, their interconnection with the adhesion characteristics of foil has been ascertained (the regression equation has been obtained). The interconnection between the composition of galvanizing electrolytes, and the conditions of electroprecipitation and the adhesion characteristics has been brought out by study: the composition and the modes of precipitation of barrier coats, which provide for rise of adhesion characteristics of foil up to 50% in comparison with the requirements of production forms and records, have been offered. The application field is the production of copper electrolytic foil for the printed circuit boardsAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
