THE IMPROVEMENT OF EFFICIENCY IN THE CONNECTIONS ASSEMBLY BYUSING THE ULTRASOUND

Abstract

The common laws of action of the ultrasound on the physical assembly mechanism have been established. On the base of the established tribological, dynamic and heat-physical models, the design methods of the optimum parameters of the processes have scientifically been justified. The laws of the ultrasound influence on the connections quality have been revealed. Developed and introduced have been the new technologies of the ultrasound assembly, ensuring the improvement of the accuracy, the contact stiffness and strength of the connections by the directed regulating the parameters of the surface layer condition. The novelty has been confirmed with 16 Authorized Certificates for the inventions. The new technological processes, devices and equipment have been developed and introduced in the production. The efficiency: the increase of capacity of the assembly-disassembly works in average by 2 times, the decrease of the rejection and the devices drive power, the increase of the operational indicators of the assemblies and the work safety.
