THE ULTRASTRUCTURE, BIOLOGY AND SYSTEMATICS OF THE CHRYSOPHYTE - REPRESENTATIVES OF KINS SPUMELLA AND PARAPHYSOMONAS

Abstract

The object of investigation: Spumella termo, S.gregaria, S.subterrana, Paraphysomonas vestita (section Chrysophyta). The work is aimed at studying the ultrastructure of heterotrophic Chrasophyta on the material of clones of biology, morphology; at determining the species signs of the representatives of this group. For the first time in Baikal, the minor (to 10 mu m) representatives of the flagellated Chrasophyte have been determined to species. The two spesies, new for the science, have been found. For the first time, the ultrathin structure of the cells of species p. Spumella has been studied, the information about the ultrastructure of Paraphysomonas have been added. It was recommended to use these works in the hydrobiological investigations of the phytoplankton of reservoirs, in the study textbooks on the algae cytology. The field of application: the botany, the systematics of algae, the cytology of the inferior organismsAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
