The objective of the work is to construct and investigate the mathematical models of the processes taking place in heterostructures and to develop a complex of procedures for identification of geometrical and electrophysical parameters on the basis thereof; to investigate the distribution of disbalanced electrons at induced optical transitions. The author has obtained the analytical expression for the function of generation of electron-hole pairs in A_3B_5 compounds. The author has developed the procedure for identification of geometric and electrophysical parameters of submicrometric heterostructures. The models and programs are used for automation of the experiment on identification of the parameters of heterostructures. The results of convergence of iteration processes for parabolic systems are used for construction of numeric procedures and evaluation of the speed of their convergence.
