Substantiation of optimum characteristics of trouble-free operation and repairability of agricultural machines (on example of machine mvu-12 for introduction of mineral fertilizers and lime into soil)

Abstract

Purpose of the work: creation of methods for substantiating the optimum characteristics of the trouble-free operation and repairability of agricultural machines on example of machine MVU-12 and development of design steps on attaining the optimum level of the trouble-free operation and repairability of machine MVU-12. The results of the work include the development of methods for the optimization of the trouble-free operation and repairability characteristics of agricultural machines with substantiation of the optimization criterion, revealing of laws of the operation loading state of the units of machine MVU-12, substantiation of the conditions of their stand tests, and obtaining of the optimum dependence of the cost and specific cost of the running repair and maintenance services on the technical utilization coefficient. The developed methods of the optimization of the characteristics are being used in the design agensies of the industry. Substantiation in given to the recommendations on enhancing the reliability of the assemblies of machine MVU-12 being stidied. The recommendations provide for the optimum level of the trouble-free operation and repairability. The created methods of the optimization are included in instructions MU 23.2.30-85 and RTM 23.2.105-88 and are being used in the development of new agricultural machines.
