The oncospheral secretory antigene multiceps multiceps for prophylaxy of cenurosis of sheeps

Abstract

The purpose of the work: receiving the preparation possessing the immunogeneous activity for the prophylaxy of cenurosis of sheeps ans studying its immunochemical properties. Developed has been the method of obtaining of the activated oncospheres of the cestodes, the media for cultivating the oncospheres have been improved, using the method of the immunochemical analysis of the oncospheral secretory antigene, the presence of the specific protein component has been shown. On the base of the developed technology for obtaining the oncospheral secretory antigene M. multiceps, created and tested has been the anticenurosis vaccine possessing the high prophylactic effect under the production conditions.
