Abstract

The strain-producers of the idiotypical monoclonal anti-bodies (MCA) have been constructed firstly, and their properties have been studied; the original production process of the primary cellular cultures has been developed; the general regularities of constructing hybridoms producing MCA have been revealed. The bank of the mouse lymphocytes hybridoms has been created, the immuno-enzymic diagnostic test-systems have been constructed and evaluated on base of MCA, the immuno-diagnostic preparations on base of the lyophilizing fluorescenting MCA have been developed. 8 scientific-technological standard documents, 3 methodical recommendations have been prepared, 13 hybridoms producing MCA have been deposited into the collection of cells.
