The diffusion and dislocation processes on the surface and at the thermal treatment

Abstract

The object of investigation: the parameters of the diffusion and dislocation movability of the ceramics surface, correction of microcracks, strength and thermal treatment. The purpose of the work: the foundation and selection of the optimum modes of the thermal treatment of the refractory compounds, the increase in its strength on the base of study of the difffusion and dislocation processes on the surface. For the first time, the laws of the relaxation processes from the local concentrators of stresses have been revealed. First the parameters of the surface self-diffusion of monocrystals have been obtained. First the conditions of the thermal treatment have been suggested for the increase of strength after the diamond-mechanical processing. The recommendations have been used in the technology for manufacture of items made from the leucosapphire.
