Developing method and production process of mould dies for casting of plastic articles

Abstract

The special features of forming a working layer of the mould dies and the influence effect of the phase transitions in the model material on its porosity have been determined, the heat-cyclic treatment efficiency of the sprayed material has been specified. The production process of the mould dies with high dimensional accuracy and low porosity of working layer has been developed. The production process of mould dies by a plasma spraying is the introduction subject.
