INFLUENCE OF PROCESS FACTORS ON STRUCTURE AND ON PROPERTIES OF ANNULAR WORKPIECES IN NEW HIGH-TEMPERATURE ALLOYS, WHICH ARE DESIGNED FOR OUTLOOK AIRCRAFT GAS-TURBINE ENGINES (GTE)

Abstract

There the study objects are the annular workpieces in the new high-temperature alloys for the present-day and outlook GTE. The purposes are to develop the quantity production process substantiated by science for the annular workpieces in the new difficultly-deformable alloys, which allows to provide their high quality in accordance with the specification requirements and with the certificate characteristics for the metal; to improve the economic indicators at the expense of expenditure decrease of expensive and urgently-scarce materials. The experimental data about the process plasticity of new high-temperature alloys have been obtained. The use efficiency of new thermal insulation coating has been substantiated. IT is showed that the feeding of annular workpieces in the high-alloy melts over the narrow temperature range is possible at the preparation of initial structure, of control over the rate and over the degree of deformation. The presented explorations and the developments extended the information about the high-temperature alloys as weel as the applicability of new super-alloys for the aircraft facilities; the developed software of production of annular workpieces for the GTE by the automated mill provides the rise of product quality. The annular workpieces, which has been made according to the developed process has been tested in the products and have been accepted for the making. The application of annular workpieces in the new high-temperature super-alloys provides the temperature increase of gas before the turbine, the increase of thrust, of reliability and of service life of GTE.
