Temporal organization of the main elements of the connecting tissue under regeneration conditions

Abstract

The object of investigation: the connecting tissue cells of mice and rats. The work is aimed at studying the temporal structure of the connecting tissue under usual conditions and after mechanical traums. A spectral composition, the parameters of the cells populations density rhythmic changes of the connecting tissue and endothelia, have been revealed, the correlation bonds between them have been determined. The changes in rhythms after the traum and the reconstruction of the correlation bonds have been revealed. The temporal characteristics have been used as the additional criteria for evaluation of the reparative process in the connecting tissue when interpreting the morphological picture to be watched on the different stages of the inflammatory process. The results have been of a great significance in understanding the interaction of the connecting intact tissue as well as granulation tissue to be formed after traumaAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
