Investigation of biosynthesis and fate of recombinant interleikin 2 of the man in cells escherichia coli

Abstract

Cells Escherichia coli producing recombinant interleikin 2 and its product have been examined. The work is aimed at analysing the properties of the producer and studying the influence of the bacterial cell and outside conditions on the product fate. For the first time, the associateness of the inclusion bodies and bacterial membranes, its participation in the aggregation of the recombinant molecules have been demonstrated; the process of the aggregation of the recombinant interleikin and its oligomerization has been described; the competition of the aggregation and degradation has been detected. The properties of the strain-producer have been described; the perspectiveness of the thermoinduction has been demonstrated; for the first time, detected has been the role of the cellular shaperon in the recombinant protein degradationAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
