Non-elastic process kinetics with the participation of disturbed moleculas and atoms in nitrogen- and oxygen-containing plasma

Disturbed moleculas and atoms in the plasma of molecular gases of nitrogen, oxygen and their mixtures are considered in the paper aiming at the formation mechanism investigation of the distribution disbalanced function according to rotating levels of nitrogen electron-disturbed moleculas. The investigation of heterogeneous reactions of the singlet oxygen molecula deactivation and the oxygen atom re-combination in plasma is also the aim of the paper. Results important for the development of theoretical representations about mechanisms of heterogeneous reactions of disturbed moleculas and atoms on the surface of solid bodies, have been obtained for the first time.
