THE CHEMISTRY AND TECHNOLOGY OF CLEANING OF THE BORON-CONTAINING NATURAL WATERS

Abstract

The object of investigation: the boron-, bromine-containing waters of the Urals. The non-organic boron-selective sorbent has been synthesized on the base of the zirconium oxides by the sol-gel-technology. Its physico-chemical characteristics the optimum conditions for its use and production have been determined. The model, allowing to describe the sorbent properties and structure, has been offered. The parameters of separation of fluid in passing through the half-permeability membrane have been investigated. On the base of the revealed laws, the technology of cleaning of the natural water has been developed. The introduction of the results of the work has solved the problem of ensurance of the population of the number of the Urals regions with potable waterAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
