Abstract

The high-capacity methods of alloying of the electron accelerator have been developed, and its advantages of the surface alloying have been justified as compared with other technologies. The dependences of the layers characteristics on the parameters of the radiation and the compositions of the alloying mixtures have been studied. The conditions of alloying, corresponding to the formation of the maximally strengthened structures by the type of the solid alloy have been found. The efficiency of alloying, using mixture B*004C+Cr has been shown. The additional improvement of the structure has been obtained by introduction of the modificators and thermal processing. The methods have been used for the improvement of the anti-shock resistance of the armoured materials.
