Abstract

A balance variable-structure model permitting to obtain a reliable estimation in the real process information conditions in combination with the proposed methods of evaluating the information validity has been constructed. The model has been based on the message redundancy and, connected with it, on the multi-version estimation. New methods of analysis of non-linearity of the blast-furnace process and effects of active disturbances have been suggested which makes it possible to go to the interval estimations of changes in the process indices.
