Methods of absolute measuring of energy parameters and characterstics of strong laser irradiation

Abstract

The calorimetric method was investigated with the aim of development of physical principles of the methods of absolute measuring of the energy parameters and characteristics of strong laser irradiation. As a result new physical phenomena were predicted, namely: transversal ponderomotor effect and correlation between the attenuation of radiation and the location of minimum of the indicatrix of diffusion. New methods and means of measuring were suggested and substantiated. The results obtained were introduced into practice.
