SELF-COORDINATED ANALYSIS OF PHYSICAL-CHEMICAL PROCESSES IN OXYGEN PLASMA

Abstract

The aim is to analyse the physical and chemical processes proceeding in the direct current discharge plasma in the oxygen and on base of it to create self-coordinated model permitting to desing a priori its stationary properties. The system approach for analysis of O*002 plasma has been proposed firstly for analysis: the intercommunications between the subsystems which are the most significant ones for realization of the stationary plasma state have been specified. The dissociation rates of O*002 molecules have been measured firstly. The set of sections describing non-contradictoryly the electron gas parameters have been substantiated. The mechanisms of the external field power distribution have been analysed; the new channel of the O*002 (a*991 delta *00g) metastabile death has been revealed. The developed model and software can be used for design of the plasma-chemical reactors for a purpose of choosing external parameters providing the optimal values of the internal plasma parametersAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
