EFFECTIVENESS OF THE ABSORPTION OF ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVES IN THE "LIVEN-2" STELLARATOR AT THE ELECTRON-CYCLOTRON RESONANCE

Abstract

A magnetized plasma and the absorption of HSHF-power are investigated in the paper aiming at the effectiveness increase of the plasma heating by means of the parameter optimization of an injected wave and conditions of the SHF-absorption. The results obtained have been used in numerical calculations for the temperature of electrons and ions at heating. As a result the quasioptical lines with a high coefficient of the SHF-powerful radiation transfer have been created.
