ORDERING INVESTIGATION OF OXYGEN ATOMS IN YBa*002Cu*003O*006*00+*00X SYSTEM BY THE METHOD OF THE X-RAY BEAM SCATTERING

Abstract

New experimental data about superstructures, originating in YBa*002Cu*003O*006*00+*00x at the room temperature in 0,4<x<0,95 range have been obtained. The experimental observation of the ortho-SH phase with the help of the X-ray diffraction has been realized for the first time. The displacements of atoms from positions in an averaged cell, displacement accompanying the oxygen orderings, have been determined. The method of the profile analysis for the intensity of the diffusion scattering of X-ray beams has been developed and used. The results obtained make it possible to realize the experimental test of some theoretical models of the interaciton, models leading to the ordering of oxygen atoms in YBa*002Cu*003O*006*00+*00x system and similar to it, they may be used for the further developmenr of methods for the quantitative description of the intensity for the scattering of ionizing radiations on structures with the near orderAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
