INVESTIGATION OF LAWS OF PLASTIC FLOW, STRAIN HARDENING AND RECRYSTALLIZATION OF ALLOYS MN19 AND MNTs 15 - 20 FOR OPTIMIZING THERMAL TREATMENT OF STRIPS

Abstract

The mechanisms changing the strain flow and step-wise character curves depending on the temperature have been established: the role of the energy of packing defects in the behaviour of the alloys MN19 and MNTs 15 - 20 under deformation and annealing conditions. The relation between the mechanical properties and topography of the alloy failure surface has been shown. The scientifically substantiated strain and annealing conditions of the strips have been developed in the batch furnace conditions of the rolling mill shop of the Kolchugino Non-Ferrous Metal Working Plant. The devised process of annealing the strips in the batch furnaces has been introduced at the Kolchugino Non-Ferrous Metal Working PlantAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
