PRINSIPLES OF CHOOSING TERRITORIES FOR NATIONAL PARKS IN URBANIZED REGIONS OF RUSSIA (AS AN EXAMPLE OF MOSCOW CAPITAL REGION)

Abstract

The system of a number of the functional criteria in choosing territories for national parks taking the specifics of the old-mastered regions into consideration has been proposed firstly in the design practice of the protected territories. The original classification of the protected territories has been developed. The principles of forming all-Russian system of the national parks have been proposed. The ideal model for location of the national and natural regional parks in the urbanized area (as an example of Near-Moscow) has been developed.
