Rational use of mining-industrial wastes on their economic assessment basis under conditions of change to market relationships

Abstract

There the study objects are the supplies of mining-industrial wastes and the alternative primary mineral raw material in the Kustanai region. The purpose is to develop the methodical recommendations for the economic mechanism improvement of rational use of mining-industrial wastes on the basis of their economic estimate with regard to its ecological component under the change conditions to the market relationships. The advent preconditions and the redistribution preconditions of ecological component of differential mining rent under the change conditions to the market economy have been studied.
