Abstract

Task analysis at transfer-lines in series production are showing various deficits and demands on programming and optimizing part programmes. Also the information about process and production monitored to the end-user is insufficient. The aim of project has been the integration of a already existing WOP-tool (WesUF) into HUeMNOS user-interface to solve these problems. Therefore the application had to be rebuilt into an OSACA architecture-object (AO) for the integration into the user-interface software. At the end of the project end-users had been invited to decide about the quality of handling with this new tool. The result had been a better support for optimizing part programmes. Also the possibility to attach notes directly to specific parts of the programme had been a new and good functionality for archiving and communicating information the other worker of one group.
