Staatliche Risikokommunikation bei Katastrophen Informationspolitik und Akzeptanz

Abstract

Die vorliegende Literaturstudie informiert ueber wissenschaftliche Studien zur Akzeptanz staatlicher Risikokommunikation bei Katastrophen. Im Mittelpunkt stehen dabei individuelle und kollektive Einflussfaktoren auf die Akzeptanz staatlicher Informationen. Auf der Basis umfassender Datenbankrecherchen werden die wichtigsten europaeischen und US-amerikanischen Publikationen vorgestellt. Die bisherigen wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnisse werden in Form von Thesen zusammengefasst. Der Bericht macht zusaetzlich auf Forschungsdefizite aufmerksam und formuliert Vorschlaege fuer weiterfuehrende Forschungsprojekte mit psychologischen, soziologischen und kommunikationswissenschaftlichen Fragestellungen. Der Anhang praesentiert eine umfangreiche Literaturliste. Ausgewaehlte Abstracts ermoeglichen zudem einen Ueberblick ueber die gegenwaertige Forschungslage. (orig.)This literature study informs on scientific reports regarding the acceptance that public risk communication meets with in cases of disaster. Its focus is on individual and collective factors influencing the acceptance of information from government institutions. On the basis of comprehensive database searches, the most important European and US-American publications are presented. The scientific results so far obtained are summarized in the form of theses. The book points out research deficits and formulates proposals for additional research projects with psychological, sociological and communication-theoretical problem formulations. A vast list of literature is appended. Selected abstracts moreover provide an overview of the current research situation.
