Leenwoordonderzoek en het woord trombone

Abstract

SAMENVATTING Dit artikel is een voorbeeld van behandeling van een Italiaans leenwoord uit de muzieksector. Het bestudeert het Italiaanse leenwoord trombone in verband met de synoniemen schuiftrompet, saquebute en bazuin/Posaune. Als achtergrondkader is gebruik gemaakt van de etymologische theorie van Alinei, die hij heeft gepresenteerd in L'origine delle parole (2009). RIASSUNTO Questo articolo è un esempio del trattamento di un prestito italiano in nederlandese appartenente al settore della musica. Si studia la parola trombone con i suoi sinonimi schuiftrompet, saquebute e bazuin/Posaune. Come quadro teorico si utilizza la teoria etimologica di Alinei che quest'autore ha presentato in L'origine delle parole (2009). SUMMARY This article is an example of the treatment of an Italian loanword in Dutch that is part of the musical sector. The word studied is trombone together with its synonyms schuiftrompet (i.e. slide trumpet), saquebute and bazuin/Posaune. The theoretical framework adopted is the etymological theory of Alinei, which he presented in his recent book L'origine delle parole (2009)
