Memòries del santuari del Mont (final s. XVIII-1953)

Abstract

Transcripció del text inèdit de memòries del santuari del Mont. El text va ser escrit, bàsicament, pels preveres custodis i administradors del santuari. Es recull, primerament, els costums litúrgics de la parròquia de Sous, a la manera de les consuetes. A partir de 1791 s’anoten els fets més importants, a parer del custodi administrador, ocorreguts al santuari: obres de reforma i restauració del santuari i les seves dependències, adquisicions de mobiliari i parament de la casa, donacions al santuari, diades en què les parròquies de la falda de la muntanya pujaven al Mont en romeria, efectes de llamps i tempestes, etc.Transcription of an unpublished text of memoires of theMont sanctuary. Basically, the text was written by the custodian presbyters and administrators of the sanctuary. At first, the memoires only included liturgical rituals of the parish of Sous, in the traditional consueta fashion. From 1791, other facts occurring at the sanctuary and which the custodian administrators deemed important were annotated: improvement and restoration works of the sanctuary and its outbuildings, purchases of furniture and accessories, donations made to the sanctuary, calendar of pilgrimages of the mountainside villages to the sanctuary, damage caused by lightning and storms, etc
