Authoritarian “Plurinational State” in the 21st Century

Abstract

En Bolivia el proyecto del Estado plurinacional se ha convertido en una realidad de un Estado neocolonial dado que no se produjo la transformación planteada desde los movimientos indios-qullas o indígenas. Lo cual lo convierte a un Estado paradójico, puesto que varias de las reformas emprendidas son en realidad anti-indias y anti- populares, pese a la presencia de algunos de sus miembros en el gobierno/Estado.In Bolivia, the project of the plurinational State has become a reality of a neocolonial State, given that the transformations brought about by the Indian or Indigenous movements did not take place. Which makes it a paradoxical State because several of the reforms are anti-Indian and anti-popular, despite the presence of some of its members in the government/State
