Organizations continuously optimize their processes to improve measures such as efficiency, effectiveness, or customer satisfaction. Today, many organizations consider using robotic process automation as a means to deliver result quicker – or to deliver process optimization on steroids. This article describes results from an in-depth case study which was enriched through discussions with decision makers from other organizations using RPA.
