Abstract

Current Work A multi-scale or multi-physics simulation is a combination of several single simulations. We model simulations using workflows. In general, the interaction between multiple workflows can be modeled using choreographies. Therefore we aim at modeling multi-scale and multiphysics simulations as choreographies. We are developing concepts for the integration of choreographies into our existing SimTech workflow management system. Choreographies are modeled using BPEL4Chor [2] and can be transformed into executable BPEL processes.
