Integration of migrant women. An analysis of the problems in the insercción of women in the workplace

Abstract

Este documento, en definitiva, pretende abordar la necesidad de conocer los factores que pueden propiciar movimientos inmigratorios de mujeres llegadas a nuestra sociedad. Así mismo, se analizan los aspectos que configuran dicha problemática desde diversos puntos de vista (legislativo, sociológico, laboral, etc.), que servirán para conocer mejor las características y los motivos de la inmigración femenina en España, una nueva dimensión en materia de estudios migratorios, gracias a la nueva presencia de la mujer en este tipo de estudios, lo que hace imprescindible la necesidad de que sean abordadas además desde la perspectiva de género.This paper ultimately aims to address the need to know the factors that can promote immigrant women's movements arrivals to our society. Likewise, the aspects that this problem from various angles (legislative, sociological, labor, etc.) view, which will be used to better understand the characteristics and motives of female immigration in Spain, a new dimension in terms of analyzing migration studies, thanks to the new presence of women in these studies, which makes imperative the need to be further addressed from a gender perspective
