Discusses the principles of international jurisdiction, explaining "jurisdiction to prescribe" and "jurisdiction to adjudicate", with reference to case law. Explores the jurisdiction of UK courts to make: (1) orders for the disclosure of documents, noting the extent of powers over parties and non-parties; (2) third-party debt orders; and (3) freezing orders, considering the stages of development of the law in this area from UK to EU to international levels and how the powers should be combined
