Abstract- Most often situated multi-agent simulations, of which platform-games are an example, uses reactive agents. This approach has limitations as soon as complex behaviours are desired. For these reasons we propose an approach using cognitive agents. They have knowledge, objectives and are able to build plans in order to achieve their goals and then execute them. In this paper we particularly address the problem of teams of cognitive agents. We chose to build teams directed by a leader. One major problem is the building of the team plan and in particular one difficulty is to find the means in order to let autonomy to the team plans. We present in this article a solution to this problem.
