By Lindsey Gould, UCLAN, UCLANOER, E-EVOLVE and EVOLUTION

Abstract

The ram materials for a learning activity about dealing with difficult people at work. It will explore students’ encounters and perceptions of difficult people before asking them to listen to a mini lecture which should help them to deal with difficult people at work more effectively. Students will then be introduced to some of the theory around conflict resolution and will complete a number of activities relating to this. Finally students will consider the effects of their own role in difficult situations before reflecting again on past experiences.
