Moonta Gas Company's Sale Act 1882

Abstract

A Private Act enabling the liquidators of the "Moonta Gas Company" to sell the said undertaking to James Robert Corpe, of the Town of Moonta, banker ; Henry Richard Hancock, of Moonta Mines, mine superintendent ; and Henry Martin, of the Town of Moonta aforesaid, storekeeper ; and to vest in the said James Robert Corpe, Henry Richard Hancock, and Henry Martin all the rights and powers secured to the said Moonta Gas Company under a certain Private Act intituled "An Act to incorporate a Joint-Stock Company or Association to be called the 'Moonta Gas Company,' to limit the liability of the shareholders thereof, and for other purposes.
