Interior Design of St Peter's Concathedral Church in Split

Abstract

Članak donosi rezultate istraživanja dosad neistražene i neobjavljivane sastavnice opusa arhitekta i dizajnera Bernarda Bernardija s podruèja oblikovanja liturgijskoga prostora provedenog na primjeru analize konkatedralne crkve sv. Petra u Splitu. U smislu cjelovitosti interpretacije i kritičkoga vrednovanja prikazani su elementi za uspostavu interdisciplinarnoga konteksta arhitekture i teologije kao uvjeta pristupu arhitektonsko-oblikovnim zadacima naznačene problemske cjeline.This paper presents the unresearched and unpublished components of Bernardo Bernardi's architectural and design oeuvre in the field of liturgical architecture. The analysis has focused on St Peter's Concathedral Church in Split. Elements needed to establish an interdisciplinary context of architecture and theology have been presented here in terms of their overall interpretation and critical evaluation as the necessary pre-conditions for an approach to the specific architectural and design tasks
