[[abstract]]利用牡蠣殼之物理及化學方法處理,可開發為具環保之清潔劑及化妝品之用途。本研究將探討: 1. 牡蠣殼粉作為家庭除污之清潔劑減少合成洗潔劑對環境污染之效果。 2. 牡蠣殼粉抑菌劑提供生鮮食品清潔及殺菌劑,減少以氯化物殺菌劑造成致癌鹵化物之生成,以保飲食健康。 3. 添加牡蠣殼粉之牙膏或清潔磨砂膏可達到清潔美白以及抗菌的結果
