The 2-amono-2-thiazolines have recently gained signifi-cant interest as a scaffold that is applicable to the develop-ment of bioactive compounds such as pronounced anti-depressant agents, 1 potent human nitric oxide synthase inhibitors, 2 octopaminergic-agonists
