Understanding Information Technology Acceptance in the Social Sector

Abstract

This paper proposes to study IT acceptance in the social sector with Decomposed Theory of Planned Behavior. To address our unique research context, we expand the construct of perceived usefulness, arguing that not only personal usefulness but also organizational and customer usefulness can affect IT acceptance
