Intrapreneurship and the management of research centre growth in university art and design departments

By Seymour Roworth-Stokes

Abstract

The following is the first paragraph of the abstract: This thesis is an investigation of factors that influence the leadership and management of Research Centres during the early phases of growth. A small number of studies have\ud specifically identified factors such as training, career development and business management but there is a dearth of empirical work to explain the causality of factors during origination, formation and development
