MathsPIC: a filter program for use with PICTEX

Abstract

This article presents an overview of the mathsPIC utility for the PICTEX drawing engine. mathsPIC facilitates the drawing of mathemati-cal diagrams by allowing the manipulation of points by name rather than by coordinates. Some familiarity with the PICTEX package is assumed.
