Consumer Trust In A Web-Based Tracking System At A Jakarta Logistics Company
This study aims to analyze the relationship between service quality, consumer experience and consumer satisfaction through consumer trust. The population in this study is JNE consumer and the sample size collected was 150 respondents. The sample selection was carried out nonprobability through a questionnaire. Data analysis using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The results of this study indicate that (1) consumer trust has a significant and positive influence on consumer satisfaction. (2) Service quality has a significant and positive influence on consumer trust. (3) service quality has a significant and positive influence on consumer satisfaction. (4) consumer experience has a significant and positive influence on consumer trust. (5) consumer experience has a significant and positive influence on consumer trust. Study Of Flight Operations Safety Area (KKOP) At Yogyakarta International Airport – Kulonprogo
Yogyakarta-Kulon Progo International Airport is a replacement airport for Adisutjipto-Yogyakarta Airport which can no longer be expanded due to land limitations. Where the airport has an aerodrome reference code 4E instrumnet precision category I this is reviewed from the ultimate runway which has a size of 3,600 metres x 45 metres. Basically to determine the main boundaries of the Flight Operation Safety Area (KKOP) by looking at the difference in terrain height for the method used is qualitative with descriptive analysis. The location of the measurement in the Flight Operation Safety Area (KKOP) of Yogyakarta International Airport, the secondary data carried out is to analyse and determine the height of the obstacle. In determining the boundaries of the flight operation safety area (KKOP) around Yogyakarta-Kulon Progo International Airport using coordinate points applied in geographic coordinates there are obstacles, namely: three (3) hotel buildings located in the area below the horizontal surface in. The need for control and guidance by the Ministry of Transportation in order to maintain flight safety for buildings and objects growing in the Flight Operation Safety Area (KKOP) of Yogyakarta-Kulon Progo International Airport to ensure flight safety so as not to endanger flight operations

Education and training is a job requirement to improve mastery of various skills, expertise and knowledge based on detailed and routine work activities. Shipping safety is needed to ensure the safety of shipping activities and the preservation of the environment, so the competence of Ship Safety Inspector Officers who have qualifications in the field of ship safety is required. This research uses a path analysis technique approach by testing linearity, normality and hypotheses. The aim of this research is to partially or simultaneously determine the direct and indirect influence of official work competency variables through education and training on shipping safety. The total sample was 60 respondents who were Marine Inspector Training participants who were currently taking part in training at the Maritime Transportation Education and Training Center. Kompetensi Kerja dan Kinerja Pemeriksaan Kapal: Bukti Empiris Kelaiklautan Kapal di Indonesia
The main problems of this research, namely work competency, training of marine inspectors, ship inspection performance on the seaworthiness of ships in Indonesia have not contributed optimally and optimally. This research aims to analyze the direct and indirect contribution to the work competency, training of marine inspectors through ship inspection performance on the seaworthiness of ships in Indonesia. The research method uses path analysis for direct contributions and to determine indirect contributions using the Sobel test. The sample of this research consisted of 60 people who were maritime inspector education and training participants who were currently taking part in marine inspector training at the maritime transportation training center. The research findings state that there is a direct contribution from work competency and training of marine inspectors to ship inspection performance, but there is no direct contribution from work competency to ship seaworthiness. Meanwhile, training of marine inspectors and ship inspection performance contribute directly to the seaworthiness of ships. Ship inspection performance contributes and is able to function as an indirect mediator of work competency and training of marine inspectors on ship seaworthiness
Evaluation Of Skid Resistance Testing and Maintenance for Runway 06/24 At Soekarno-Hatta International Airport
The aviation industry is one of the most highly regulated sectors which requiring strict facility maintenance to ensure aircraft operations and passengers. Essential airport facility that requires preventive maintenance is the runway, particularly through skid resistance test. This is in line with KP 94 of 2015, which mandates skid resistance test of runway surfaces to ensure meet the minimum standards. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the technical aspects and results of skid resistance test on Runway 06/24 at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in March 2024 and compare these results with the results in February 2024. This research also analyzes factors that have the potential to influence the results of skid resistance level while providing recommendations regarding the skid resistance maintenance program for Runway 06/24. The research findings indicate that the skid resistance level on Runway 06/24 in March 2024 was 0.60 which meet the minimum standard, but showing a slight decrease of 0.01 compared to the skid resistance level of 0.61 in February 2024. The analysis results show that there are several potential factors affecting skid resistance test results, including the frequency and dimension of rubber deposit removal, the frequency of aircraft landings, and local weather conditions at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport
Analysis Of The Influence Between Service Quality And Promotion On Customer Loyalty Of PT. Pelni Passenger Ships
PT. Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (PELNI) is a State-Owned Enterprise in the shipping sector, which is the largest in Indonesia. The number of PELNI passengers in recent years has fluctuated due to competition from other transportation modes that offer better services. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between service quality and promotion on the customer loyalty of PT. PELNI's passenger ships. The research object is passengers who use PT. PELNI's passenger ship services with a random sample of 105 respondents. The research results show that improving service quality and promotion individually will increase customer loyalty because they have a strong relationship, but not as much as when improving service quality and promotion together because they have a very strong relationship
The Impact of Customer Experience, Customer Value and Corporate Image on Customer Loyalty KRL Commuter Line
KRL Commuter Line Jabodetabek is a commuter train system that serves the Greater Jakarta area (abbreviation for Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi). Managed by PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia (KCI), this line provides an important transportation link for millions of passengers every day. Several marketing variables can be maintained and improved, such as customer loyalty, so that it can reduce traffic congestion in Greater Jakarta. A quantitative approach strategy was used in this research method, which used IBM SPSS 25 for data analysis. To answer the research problem, data was collected through a survey using a questionnaire distributed to Jabodetabek KRL Commuter Line users. The results of the analysis show that the variables Customer Experience, Customer Value, and Corporate Image have a significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty
Calculation Of Aircraft Emission Reduction During The Taxi-Out Phase With The Implementation Of Single Engine Operation At Kertajati Airport
The aviation sector is estimated to contribute about 2% of total CO2 emissions due to human activities. Increased aviation activity at Kertajati Airport has the potential to increase aircraft gas emissions, making the evaluation of emission reduction strategies very important. The main focus of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of single-engine taxi operations during the taxi-out phase in reducing emissions. Using a hybrid approach that combines Advanced Approach and Sophisticated Approach, this quantitative study examines emissions of Hydrocarbons (HC), Carbon Monoxide (CO), and Nitrogen Oxides (NOx). The analysis compares normal operations with single-engine taxi operations during the taxi-out phase. Research results show that in normal operations, total emissions during the taxi-out phase are HC: 22,328.55 grams, CO: 961,184.10 grams, and NOx: 193,381.07 grams. The implementation of single-engine taxi strategy significantly reduces emissions to HC: 6,841.11 grams, CO: 326,101.67 grams, and NOx: 63,002.80 grams. Key findings indicate substantial emission reductions: 69% for HC, 66% for CO, and 67% for NOx. These results demonstrate the effectiveness of single-engine taxi operations in mitigating the environmental impact of aircraft operations at Kertajati Airport. This study provides valuable insights for airport managers and aviation industry stakeholders in developing more environmentally friendly operational practices. The implementation of this strategy has the potential to significantly contribute to efforts in reducing the carbon footprint of the aviation sector, aligning with global commitments to mitigate climate change
Analisis Tingkat Pelayanan Terminal Bus Terpadu Pulo Gebang
The main problem is that the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government is still not optimal in carrying out improvements to the Pulo Gebang integrated bus terminal, both in terms of facilities and services. This condition is reflected in the presence of passengers and drivers who have not maximized their use of the Pulo Gebang integrated bus terminal. This study aims to analyze service levels in increasing customer satisfaction. This research uses service quality analysis at the Pulo Gebang integrated bus terminal based on the level of passenger satisfaction using the Service Quality, Importance Performance Analysis and Quality Function Deployment methods. The research sample was bus passengers and the operational implementation unit as well as the Pulo Gebang integrated bus infrastructure and facilities implementation unit, totaling 100 respondents. The calculation results show the suitability value between the average perception score and the lowest average importance score, namely the service attributes, security guarantees and trust in services, which shows that the number of existing buses cannot fulfill customer desires. Other calculation results show that the conformity value does not reach 100%, so the Pulo Gebang Integrated bus terminal has not been able to fulfill customer desires as a whole
Penyebab Keterlambatan Kelengkapan Dokumen dan Kualifikasi Penyedia Jasa Alih Daya pada Kereta Api Logistik
There are still obstacles in the outsourcing service procurement system faced by PT. Kereta Api Logistik, especially in the procurement of goods and services, delays in completing documents, lack of documents uploaded by providers. Aims of this research are; to analyze the main root causes and factors for delays in completeness, documents and provider qualifications in the smooth process of procuring outsourcing services. Another objective is what actions or solutions are carried out by PT. Kereta Api Logistik in overcoming the smooth procurement of outsourcing services. The method used in this research is Pareto 80/20 and Fishbone analysis, by conducting interviews with nine employees and field research. The results of the study found several obstacles, namely selective differences in perceptions, lack of user calculations regarding budget requirements at the beginning of the year, because there was no socialization before procurement began to vendors who would be partners, lack of coordination between users and people in the charge of the area or area regarding requirement specifications in the field, and the document is not approved by the board of directors, it changes. From this research the next procurement system can be improved
