Culture is what defines a nation, it is a decisive factor that shapes all of our life aspects. Since it affects every aspect, then it will definitely have an effect on organizations as well, but whether this effect is positive or negative, this is the main objective of the paper. The paper studies three main terminologies which are culture, values and organizational behavior. Values constitute culture so both are much related to each other, how both influence the overall behavior of the organization is the focus of the study. Both affects all other life aspects not only the working environment and the behavior of employees. Therefore, Culture and values are important to a nation. Organizational behavior also means the behavior of employees inside the organization and it is reflected in services provided, this is also very important because it affect the quality of service and customer satisfaction which decides whether an organization will be successful of not. Both variables studied in the paper are very critical to the workplace and the market of a country in order to develop. The paper focuses on Egypt because the Egyptian culture is one of the strongest cultures that existed through history. It is divided into three main chapters: Chapter one about culture and values, chapter two is about organizational behavior and factors that affect organizational behavior, and chapter three links between the two main terminologies

    No full text
Now, the web pages contain opinions on almost anything, at review sites, forums, discussion groups, and blogs which called user generated content. They contain valuable information for different users such as persons or organizations, the processes of collecting, analyzing and classifying them to positive or negative opinions in addition to summarizing the opinions are considered a very important research issue. Summarizing opinions helps users to explore the opinion of others about the key aspects of a topic or an entity. The proposed opinion summarization system receives a document that contains a set of opinions about an entity and generates a summary considering the important aspects, their relations, their sentiments and the textual evidences, as expressed in the reviews. In this paper we present a linguistic approach to summarize the opinionated documents across different domains, our evaluation based on a dataset of hotels, cars and various products reviews. The reviews collected from Tripadvisor, Amazon and Edmunds, each review document consist of a set of unordered, redundant reviews sentence, there are approximately 100 sentences per review document. The summary depends on the type of the opinion which is direct, comparative, or superlative. Each type is assigned to a specialist who is responsible for the summary. We compare our approach with a research provided by Kavita and et.al who proposed “opinosis” which based on the graph theory

Advance can be regarded as a principal resource in budgetary alter and changing mechanical changes that contribute completely to the advance of energetic nations. Inventive progress and cash related progress are truly related to each other. In advance, the level of advance may be a noteworthy marker of budgetary modify. A quick rate of progress can be wrapped up through a long level of progress. Schumpeter saw advance or mechanical advance as a sign of budgetary advance. But in case the level of progress is persevering, the way of movement depends. In this way, mechanical advance is what keeps the economy moving. Advancements and advance were by and huge subordinate on speedy cash related alter internal parts the nations that were made. The African area is greatly behind the other locale in utilizing data and communication impels. The Complex socio‐economic issues are major deterrents to the dispersal of organizing headway interior the locale. Small mindfulness on the respect of organizing for doing combating underdevelopment is the major bottleneck for execution of data and communication advancement wanders. Africa, is well known for its down and out broadcast communications foundation. As all known, Organizing and broadcast communications offer different unused openings and conceivable comes about for upgrade. This can’t be wrapped up without bolster among governments. As, governments got to make an engaging environment for organize in show disdain toward of the truth that suppliers have to be recognize the contrasts of the mechanical levels, approaches, national settings, etc. To come up with changing courses of movement and back procedures

Objectives: The dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR) inhibitory activity of 6-bromo- and 6,8-dibromo-quinazolin-4(3H)-ones (7–25) were studied to define the structural features and requirements that enhance selectivity and specificity for the proper binding to the enzyme active site. Methods: Compounds 7–25 were tested for their in vitro DHFR inhibition. As an application of the use of DHFR inhibitors, in vitro antitumor activity using disease-oriented human cell lines assay was performed. Key findings: Compounds 19, 20, and 22 showed remarkable DHFR inhibitory activity, inhibitory concentration (IC50 0.6, 0.2, and 0.1 μM, respectively). Compounds 12, 17, 18, 20, and 24 proved to be broad spectrum antitumor with median IC50 values of 0.6, 0.6, 0.5, 0.6, and 0.7 μM, respectively. Molecular docking study results revealed that the active DHFR inhibitors 22 and 20 bind to DHFR with similar amino acid residues as methotrexate, especially Arg 28. Conclusions: The mono-bromo series proved to be more active than the di-bromo counterparts and the 3-(2-hydrazinyl-acetyl)- is more active than its 3-(acetohydrazide) isoster. The investigated compounds could be used as template model for further optimization

Effect of Extinguishing Method on the Behavior of RC Columns Subjected to Fire

    No full text
Concrete is more durable against fire than other structural materials. However, high temperature has deteriorating effects on mechanical properties of concrete. Decreases of strength at higher temperatures can be associated with various reasons, such as micro-and macro-cracks on the concrete, the volume expansion in the aggregate, and the deterioration of the calcium silicate hydrate (C-S-H) gels in the cement paste. The main objective of this research work is to study the effect of four different cooling schemes on the ultimate strength of 54 reinforced concrete columns subjected to fire. The tested columns are of different surface area to volume ratios (with three different cross sections; circular, square and rectangular). Four cooling schemes were used; three of them are uniform cooling schemes with different rates (rapid, slow and intermediate) while the fourth cooling scheme was non-uniform. Two different fire temperatures and durations were considered (300oC for 3 Hours & 600oC for 6 Hours). Non Destructive tests (Core & Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity tests) were used to estimate the deterioration extent of fire on concrete properties. A mathematical model was developed to estimate the ultimate strength of RC columns subjected to fire in order to decide if the R.C. columns need repair and strengthening after fire or not. Results of the model and the obtained experimental results were compared together to evaluate the accuracy of the proposed model.Supervised By Dr. Yehia Abdel Zaher Ali ; Dr. Mohamed Abdel Moaty Khalaf ; Dr. Mohamed Kohail Faye
