Decoding Iran’s Proxy Strategy: Determent or Destabilization? A Review and Scientific Commentary
In Middle Eastern geopolitics, Iran’s use of proxy forces has become an important strategy that shapes the region and challenges traditional ideas about deterrence and stability. By strategically placing armed groups across Iraq, Syria, Lebanon and Yemen, Iran exercises influence over these territories that often blur the boundary between state and non-state actors. This complex web of alliances raises critical questions: Is Tehran’s approach a calculated attempt to deter enemies while projecting power? Or is it just a recipe for more destabilization in an already volatile area? In this review article we will examine Iran’s proxy strategy closely looking at its historical background, motivations behind it as well as implications on both regional security and international relations; we will see whether this is a style in the Iranian political structure for security maintenance- like or unlike the styles in the American Politics

The researcher employed questionnaires to collect quantitative data and interviews to collect qualitative data. Quantitative data was analysed using SPSS in which findings were presented using frequency distribution tables, while qualitative data was presented using thematic analysis. The findings show that there are psychosocial factors that do influence teachers’ decision-making in relation to assessment and evaluation as well as planning and implementation such as preparation of Teaching and Learning, assessment process, preparation of assessment tools, evaluation remarks, affect evaluation decision, and affect evaluation strategy. This implies that the psychological factors existing in the working area affect the decision-making process related to assessment and evaluation. Also, there are different strategies to be planned and implemented by school management and teachers to overcome the psychosocial factors they experience in their work contexts. The study recommends that educational leaders should ensure that public primary school teachers are provided with training on how to handle psychosocial problems

After studying the marks scored by 14 students of class VI of Rangaytung Primary School, Chhukha in the mid-term examination, 2023, more than 75% of the students on average scored below 4. Therefore, the study found out what reasons students had for not fully understanding the poems taught in the classroom. The study also touched on the perceptions English teachers of class VI had on the partial understanding of poetry taught in the classroom by the students. The participants for the study were selected based on purposive sampling. The study adopted qualitative research design to collect data from the students and teachers. Qualitative thematic analysis was used to interpret the collected data. The findings of this study include difficulty in understanding the meaning of words because of the use of linguistics and taking the teaching and learning of poetry lightly by both the teacher and the students in the first place. As a consequence of this, students took less interest in learning poetry than other genres of literature. Teaching strategies used by the English teacher also played a vital role in making poetry learning interesting to the learners. Understanding of poetry was better when the teacher used simple sentences with appropriate examples to explain the poem. Moreover, poetry lesson were rarely repeated, which was actually necessary. Keeping all difficulties aside, the teacher played a crucial role in making poetry learning interesting to the children. Recommendations to English teachers of class VI are discussed separately towards the end of the study

A Comparative Study of Black Humor as Seen in Catch-22 and A Good Man Is Hard to Find
The purpose of this thesis is to find the similarities and differences between Catch-22 and A Good Man Is Hard to Find in the direction of literary genre in black humor. Based on works in both Chinese and English and a lot of literary criticism, the systematical research will be done in aspects of art style, language, the writing technique, major character and theme to obtain a more profound understanding of these two novels. According the research, the thesis gets conclusions as following: Catch-22 and A Good Man Is Hard to Find are both tragedies, but because of the implicit and calm expression of the two authors, both the two works have the effect of comedy. The former subverts the traditional narrative mode by describing absurd plots in a spider web structure, and portrays a alienated major character - Yossarian, who wants to escape from combat, while the latter uses the traditional linear mode to depict a hypocritical character - Grandma. The two characters are both anti-heroes. Nevertheless, Catch-22 mostly uses repetition and symbolism to reveal the cruelty of reality and wars and show human alienation, while A Good Man Is Hard to Find tends to use the metaphor to express the theme of original sin, violence and redemption

Maximizing Research Impact in Higher Education: An Approach to Identify Essential Stakeholders and Ensure Use-Inspired Outcomes
A growing consensus suggests that scientific research should be use-inspired, thereby addressing the contemporary needs of society. Various studies and perspectives from different disciplines and industries underscore stakeholder engagement as essential to facilitate that objective. A structured process is presented that includes defining goals, identifying key stakeholders, brainstorming, consulting experts, stakeholder mapping, engaging with stakeholders, and adjusting plans to reflect stakeholder feedback. Involving stakeholders early in an initiative facilitates numerous benefits, including improved decision-making, greater stakeholder buy-in, improved problem identification, tailored solutions, risk mitigation, transparency, credibility, faster implementation, and potential for innovative ideas. An example of a stakeholder identification process is provided to strengthen research proposal development. This article is for researchers, practitioners, or businesses seeking guidance to better integrate stakeholders in their work or organization. The article is also intended for professionals entering the workforce who wish to include stakeholders to ensure tangible outcomes. Effective stakeholder prioritization requires a balanced and adaptive strategy that considers environmental resource, economic, and societal factors, ensuring solutions meet critical concerns within each industry\u27s unique ecosystem and human needs. This article provides a decision-making framework to enhance research credibility by identifying essential stakeholder perspectives, making research outcomes more effective and impactful
