Ekspresi Estetik Bangsa Indonesia dalam Tutur Pantun

Pantun is one of the Indonesian speech culture that contains noble thoughts. In the speech tradition, pantun is used as a recreative and educational tool. Pantun has aesthetic values, elements of art, beauty that reflect the expression of the Indonesia people in looking at life. This research aims to analyze the aesthetic value of pantun. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative. The research data is in the form of words in the pantun array. Data collection techniques through literature study. The data analysis is done by (1) identifying elements that contribute to building the aesthetic concept; (2) identifying elements that get emphasis; and (3) concluding the harmony between aesthetic elements in forming a unity of meaning. The results of the data analysis state that pantun holds cultural aesthetics, especially evident in the use of rhyme and philosophy. The results of the data analysis state that pantun has aesthetics, which can be seen in the cover, rhyme, and harmony. Sampiran images of nature as an introduction to the philosophical thoughts contained in the body. The aesthetics of pantun are closely related to ethical elements so that beauty appears in the form as well as the holiness and nobility of the ethics it contains

Register Lingual pada Jual Beli Online dalam Aplikasi Shoppe

Sociolinguistics is one of the fields of linguistics that studies the interaction between language and society. Nowadays, the use of language variations or registers, including in the context of online buying and selling, is increasing. However, despite its frequent use, many people still lack understanding of the registers used in online transactions such as in the Shopee app. Many users, from parents to teenagers and even children, only read or write at a glance without understanding the meaning of the register used. The characteristics of this register are related to the linguistic rules in the advertising text, which are short and contain special terms. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the variety of lingual registers in online buying and selling in Shopee application. The purpose of this study is to identify and describe the forms of lingual registers used in online buying and selling transactions at Shopee. The benefits of this research are divided into theoretical and practical benefits for creators, readers, observers, and users of online buying and selling. The techniques used in this research include listening, reading, and recording techniques, as well as sorting data analysis techniques. The results of this study produce 8 data that show the variation of lingual register in online buying and selling at Shopee. The analysis of registers in online buying and selling in Shopee application contributes as a source of knowledge in the learning process, and can increase understanding for readers and broaden insights in learning

Peningkatan Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Menyimak Video Melalui Media Wordwall“Open The Box” Peserta Didik X C SMAN 5 Kupang

This research aims to improve students' critical thinking skills in listening to observation reports about certain cultural objects presented in video form. Based on the phenomena that occur, students are less critical in thinking and tend to look for shortcuts in critical thinking. The shortcut in question is that students prefer to describe the objects they observe according to the results of their research on online sites, so that the content and results of listening can be said to be different. The formulation of the problem in this research is how students' critical thinking capacity is when listening to videos. Learning is carried out using interactive media. The interactive media used is the wordwall application. The method used was classroom action research which lasted 2 cycles. This research began by testing the initial conditions, namely students' critical thinking abilities based on the results of watching videos. In cycle I it is related to the results of work in the listening process. The sample used was 36 students in class The research results obtained were that classical completion in the initial condition test of students' critical thinking ability only reached 11.11%, in cycle I critical thinking ability was 30.55% and in cycle II critical thinking ability was 80.55. Thus, classroom action research to improve students' critical thinking skills in listening using wordwall learning media was declared successful

The Trauma and Collective Memory Analyses of a Novel Titled “Semua Untuk Hindia” by Iksaka Banu

Memory receives various influences from the social background, starting from the surrounding community where the individual lives. Interactions between individuals, including with the community, foster memory. This shows that remembering requires a social context to materialize. One manifestation of memory is from individual trauma or collective trauma in a society. The source of memory is rooted in the collective material of human social products. Then, the memory develops and creates a correlation between people in society. One of the collective memories that prevails in Indonesia is the memory related to the struggle for independence. Society has a memory of the memories that occurred since the Dutch colonial era in Indonesia. This collective memory then becomes very interesting if explored with a theory that can see how unbroken the chain of memory in society is. The researcher then conducted research related to memory trauma in a collection of short stories by Iksaka Banu entitled “Semua Untuk Hindia” to see how the   story responded to the traumas that occurred. This research uses informal data from a short story written by Iksaka Banu that tells a fictional story with a historical background, especially nostalgia for the colonial period. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative which uses research and produces descriptive data in the form of written words such as dialog and sentences contained in novel. The qualitative method used is a descriptive method by presenting data as evidence that the author expresses collective memory in a novel. The results found that the author indirectly describes collective memory in the form of interrelated events during the Dutch colonization period

Analisis Kontrastif pada Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Jawa dalam Cerita Anak Terjemahan

The purpose of this study is to describe the differences in affixation or affixation in Indonesian and Javanese. This research is a research of contrastive analysis. In this study, the object of the study is suffixes in Indonesian and Javanese. The data in this study was taken from translated children's stories published by the East Java Provincial Language Center. The cultural richness in East Java is reflected in children's stories that contain local wisdom and the values of the people of East Java. The data analysis is focused on the similarities and differences between the two languages. This study explains the similarities and differences between Javanese and Indonesian affixation in translated children's storybooks. This research was conducted using a qualitative method. The result of this study is the discovery of affixations that have similarities, namely (1) the affixes -ng, -n in Javanese and meng-, men-, mem- in the language Indonesian, (2) the affix di- in Javanese and Indonesian which is a passive verbal form that means to do something, as well as the affix di-na in Javanese and di-kan in Indonesian, (3) the affix -an in Javanese and Indonesian which functions to form a derivative noun, and (4) the affix -e and -ne in Javanese and its in Indonesian which means possession, The same goes for Sak-e and Se-nya. The difference between the affixes in Javanese and Indonesian can be seen in (1) the affixes -into Javanese and me- in Indonesian, (2) the affixes -em- and -kan, ne- and ber-, tak-i and ke-an ku

Inferioritas dan Superioritas Tokoh-tokoh dalam Novel Selena Karya Tere Liye (Kajian Psikologi Sastra Alferd Adler)

The purpose of this study is to describe the forms of inferiority and superiority found in the novel Selena by Tere Liye. The benefits of this study are to increase knowledge about literary science, especially in the field of literary psychology research. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research method. The data used in this study are sentences, quotes, or excerpts that show conformity with Alfred Adler's Inferiority and Superiority theory. The data collection techniques used in this study are library techniques, reading techniques, and note-taking techniques. Then the data analysis technique in this study uses the Miles and Huberman analysis technique which consists of data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions from the data obtained. The results of this study indicate the existence of forms of inferiority in the form of timidity, hesitance, insecurity, cowardice, and submissive obedience. Meanwhile, the form of superiority contained in the Selena novel by Tere Liye is in the form of the final goal that the main character wants to achieve, namely to become a student at the High Shadow Academy (ABTT) and to be able to defend himself to become a student at the High Shadow Academy (ABTT), then the strength of struggle as a form of compensation manifested in the form of courage, stubbornness, rebelliousness, and opposition. And the struggle that is carried out is to achieve personal superiority

Conflict is a social process between two or more people who have their own interests and goals. Where one party tries to get rid of the other party by destroying it. Social conflict is a dispute or dispute that often occurs in society and has a perception of differences in interests or beliefs. Every individual definitely has their own goals and interests so that social conflict is an inevitable part of society. Kalam khabar dalam ayat-ayat al-Qur’an surah az-zukhruf: Studi Balaghah

Surah az-zukhruf contains verses of the Qur'an that contain information and affirmations of Allah to mankind. The themes raised are about the exaltation of Allah, the debate between Muslims and disbelievers and several other themes aimed at providing understanding and affirmation so that the effectiveness of information can be conveyed from people who do not know to people who deny. This researchaims to determine the form of kalam khabar and its purpose contained in the utterances uttered by speakers (mutakallim) in the Qur'an, especially surah az-zukhruf along with its social, cultural and historical context. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, which is a literature study that examines the verses of the Qur'an with the approach of balaghah study. The source of data in this research is surah az-zukhruf which amounts to 89 verses of the Makkiyah surah. Then, the data of this study were collected through 2 stages, namely reading and recording. The analysis technique used in this research is interpreting and drawing conclusions in accordance with the research objectives. The results of this study show that the form of kalam khabar that tends to appear is kalam khabar ibtida'i with a percentage of 22 data (47%), while for kalam khabar thalabi has a percentage of 16 data (33%), the last is kalam khabar inkari whose percentage is 10 data (20%).So, it can be concluded that in surah az-zukhruf it tends to be used without taukid and also does not use a lot of taukid in its verses. The researcher concludes that there is a lot of information revealed by Allah to mankind through the verses in surah az-zukhruf

Penggunaan Media Komik Strip Terhadap Pembelajaran Menulis Teks Anekdot di SMK Muhammadiyah Kajen

The study was intended to describe the use of a comic book strip to teach anecdoatic text writing in class X SMK Muhammadiyah Kajen school year 2023/2024. The study uses a qualitative type of descriptive research. The data sources in the study are secondary and primary data. Primary data in research include student interviews, and interviews with educators. Secondary data in the study are the educators module for class X anecdote text material, the vlue data acquired by educated participants, the comics generated by educated, and the documentation during the process. Data collection techniques in this study include direct observation, interviews, and documentation. Studies have shown that the use of comics to write anecdotal texts has been found to be 31 (83%) educated people who get excellent credit, and there are 6 (17%) educated peole who score well on the overall rate of learnes. The strip’s comic media can be an alternative or solution in the learning process that can arouse learner’s interest in learning and learning motivation

Psikologi Kegelapan: Membedah Konflik Batin Tokoh Utama Dalam Novel Rumah Tanpa Cahaya

This study examines the psychology of the main character in the novel Rumah Tanpa Cahaya by Regita-Lenn Liu. The research aims to identify the psychological conflict experienced by the main character, Natta, through Sigmund Freud's personality theory (id, ego, superego) that illustrates the mental turmoil caused by family dynamics. The methodology used is hermeneutic qualitative analysis, focusing on symbolic and textual interpretation. The results of the analysis show that Natta experiences internal conflict between desire (id), reality (ego), and moral values (superego), especially in her relationship with her younger brother, Alie, who is ostracised by his family. This conflict shapes Natta's decisions, showing that the id has an important role in the positive actions she takes, despite going against her social environment. This study reveals that psychological elements in novels can provide an in-depth understanding of the complexity of characters and their impact on the storyline. The implication is that psychological analysis of literature helps readers understand personality dynamics in fictional narratives and their relevance to real-life conflicts
