Novel bacterial strains, suitable for use in large-scale fermentation, for the maintenance and replication of Petit Plasmid
I previously introduced a class of antibiotic-free small DNA vectors termed “Petit Plasmids”. These vectors can be maintained and replicated within engineered amino acid auxotrophic bacterial strains cultivated in a medium lacking one or more essential amino acids. In large-scale fermentation systems, these growing cells can scavenge lysed cells to obtain the essential amino acids, promoting the survival of cells lacking Petit Plasmid. To address this limitation, I present novel strains of engineered bacterial cells that require a specific inducing agent for growth in the absence of Petit Plasmid
Patriarch Athanasios III Dabbās’ Gospel. Origin and Characteristics
This article examines the primary distinctions between the Gospel books published by Patriarch Athanasius III Dabbās in 1706 in two versions – a standard one (the Tetraevangelion) and one containing anonymous comments (the “Lectionary”). The author conducts research on Dabbās’s translation, investigating medieval and modern Patristic and Scriptural commentaries from both Orthodox and Catholic traditions to identify the sources of the printed commentaries and the specific editing contributions made by Dabbās. The primary objective is to discern Dabbās’ intent: whether it aimed solely at educating clergy or if it also sought to fortify them against the influence of Catholic missionaries. This article presents the preliminary findings of the research

THE PERSPECTIVES OF ANTI-BULLYING
In today's environment, bullying is a widespread issue that impacts a great number of people. Bullying is when someone is unfairly, abusively, or demeaningly treated in a way that undermines their confidence. UNESCO assessed in 2019 that more than thirty percent of students have experienced mental and physical abuse. This number was rising in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Bullying has a severe detrimental effect on the mental health of both the bully and the targeted party, frequently resulting in anxiety, despair, and suicidal thoughts. Power control, social dynamics, and a lack of empathy could be the root of this. However, other essayists have written extensively about how they affect school children, but they haven't gone into as much length about how they affect bullying in the home, workplace, or public spaces. Thus, those gaps are examined in this essay. We'll discuss the causes, forms, and approaches to dealing with these problems. Therefore, this research is important to eradicating bullying from our bullying.

EFFECTIVENESS OF THAT.QUIZ ON EXAM PERFORMANCE AND STUDENT ENGAGEMENT: BASIS FOR IMPLEMENTING INTERACTIVE LEARNING STRATEGIES
The research titled "Effectiveness of That.quiz on Exam Performance and Student Engagement: Basis for Implementing Interactive Learning Strategies" conducted at Full Bright College, Palawan, Philippines, aims to assess the impact of That.quiz on the engagement and academic performance of second-year Criminology students. Employing a quantitative research design, a survey was conducted among 30 participants using random sampling techniques to explore their preferences and experiences with That.quiz in comparison to traditional face-to-face methods. The findings of the study reveal a high level of student engagement (weighted mean = 3.85) and above-average academic performance (weighted mean = 4.21) when That.quiz is employed. However, a comparative analysis with face-to-face methods indicates a higher mean score of 31.03 for the traditional approach, implying its sustained efficacy. Noteworthy is the rejection of the null hypothesis (Ho), indicating a substantial difference in exam performance and affirming the positive impact of incorporating That.quiz into the learning process. This conclusion, drawn at a 5% level of significance, underscores the transformative potential of technology-enhanced quizzes on student academic achievements. The research design encompassed survey administration, and data analysis employed descriptive statistics, offering a comprehensive overview of the study's purpose, methodology, analysis process, and key results. The study's contribution lies in providing valuable insights into the dynamic relationship between technology-enhanced learning tools, specifically That.quiz, and student outcomes within the field of Criminology. These insights serve as a foundation for the potential implementation of interactive learning strategies in academic settings
Tips for Policymakers and Educators: A Review of English Language Education for Graduate Employment in Vietnam
In the archipelago areas like Maluku, there are multiple approaches to establishing an
academic structure for a groundbreaking English language education initiative. The
first step involves evaluating the program's objectives and the requirements for the
students. It is crucial to identify the challenges and opportunities that can support the
students in the region, including limitations in accessing high-quality English language
instruction and ineffective teaching methods. In addition, fostering partnerships
between academic institutions and the business sector is crucial to creating English
language curriculum programs that meet the demands of the market. This can be
achieved by establishing collaborations with businesses and offering apprenticeship
programs that are specifically designed to enhance the employability of recent
graduates. Moreover, educators of English as a second language should adopt innovative teaching methods and provide practical learning experiences to enhance
their students' English language skills. Additionally, students should be encouraged to
engage in extracurricular activities to develop their talents and interests. Lastly, it is
essential to continuously evaluate and adjust the academic plan to ensure its
effectiveness and relevance. By implementing these strategies, students will be better
equipped to navigate the complexities of the global job market, while also raising the
standard of English language education in island regions like Maluku
